Just Learning

 

My mother loved ice skating. Walking about a mile or more to the local pond she would skate all day. Later in life, while watching the best of professionals Peggy, Dorothy and the like twirl and whirl and leap on two blades, you could hear my mother proclaim, "I can do that!" You know...I was never convinced that she couldn't. My mother did amazing things!
