In the indigenous village we stayed at in Costa Rica everyone within walking distance from school goes home for lunch. Quite a difference from the twenty minutes of lunch our children get in most schools in the United States. No wonder we have an obesity problem. We are just shoveling it in. Literally FAST FOOD.
