I decided it is the small things that we do in our lives that add up. Over the last few weeks, I have been knitting dish cloths to add to the bundles of gifts I will be bringing to Costa Rica. What makes this special is that in my mother's stash of long forgotten, I found my great aunt's handwritten directions for these little cloths and I have been knitting them ever since. The repetitive motion of knitting is soothing to me as is the memories of my dear sweet great aunt who thought my mother should send my photo to a modeling agency...she thought I was so beautiful!!! The power of positive messages. See those little things count for a LONG time.
