I let my 8 year old daughter use the old digital camera yesterday and it occupied her for many many hours. She took nearly 500 shots...mostly self-portraits. It was delightful to watch her wander through the yard and look through the viewfinder and reject a shot or celebrate how perfect the image. A camera is a powerful tool.
Because I let the kids have free reign of the old digital they all want their images on my blog. I will have to FIGHT for blog space!!!! Hope you enjoy.

We gave our kids a camera on their seventh birthdays - but we had to pay for processing. Fortunately all five did not produce stuff at the same time.
